’Water is essential for life.Yet many millions of people Around the world face water Shortages. Many millions of Children die every year from Water-borne diseases. And drought regularly afflicts some of the world’s poorest countries’

Over one billion people in the world are without safe water and over one and half billion lack basic sanitation. As a result a child dies every 20 seconds from water-related diseases.
For many of the world’s poorest people especially women and children, water collection is an exhausting daily burden that saps time and energy and tragically, half of all people in developing countries have no access to clean & safe drinking water.

Qaaf Aid works in many countries in Africa & Asia to help some of the world’s poorest communities set up and maintain their own water and sanitation supplies, so that health benefits are maximised, communities also learn about good hygiene. Qaaf Aid works through local organisations using low-cost technologies that are easy to operate and maintain so that the projects last long into the future.

Qaaf Aid helps people build and maintain clean water systems – like wells, hand pumps, tube-wells and pipe lines. We help provide the training / resources and communities make their contribution in labour, and take responsibility for the operation and maintenance. The goal of these projects is to improve access to clean water and reduce the health risks of water-related diseases.

This is an urgent matter of human development, and human dignity. Together with your help and support we can provide safe, clean water to some of the world’s poorest people

Unclean water and poor sanitation lead to illnesses such as diarrhoea. And diarrhoea is serious: it is the leading cause of illness and death for young children globally

The prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) said:’Whoever digs a well, there will be no one who drinks from it amongst jinn,men and birds except that Allah will reward him on the Day of Judgement’

Help those in need through ongoing
charity (Sadaqah Jariyah) 

Please donate a well in your name or a loved ones. Waqf is a form of continuous charity (sadaqah jariyah), and the rewards for this type of charity continue even after the donor’s death - for as long as people continue to benefit from the Waqf.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)  used to establish Waqf himself, and he regarded
Waqf as one of the best forms of charity. A Well is a vital life changing resource for the inhabitants of a small village. Your Donations for a water well will provide for at least
250 to 300 people fresh clean drinking water and for other uses.

The cost of 1 well starts from £400 and a pipe system from £380. In some parts of Africa, depending on the country where the water well will be located & the size of the well,determines the cost.

A regular donation, however small, will help save children lives and create a bright Future for them
